PLASMA AND WATER-CUTTING

With an in-house plasma table and access to a state of the art water-cutting facility, we are capable of drawing and cutting unique shapes and sizes for a variety of needs.
METAL SHEARING AND CUTTING
A Cut Above
Our Cincinnati 250 Shear is capable of handling 10' wide sheets of the following materials:
-Carbon Steel: 1/4"
-Stainless Steel: 3/16"
-Aluminum: 3/8"
-Rubber and Plastic: Varies
With additional bandsaws and chop saws, we are capable of handling and cutting a variety of extrusion and long products.
PRESS BRAKE
230 Tons of Bending Power
With a 10' bed and various punches and dies, we are able to handle a wide range of bending and forming needs.
ROLLING
Let's Keep it Rollin'
With a variety of plate rollers, pyramid rollers, and draw benders, we are capable of rolling sheet and plate up to 1/2", flatbar, round bar, square tubing, and pipe to various radii.
WELDING
Time to Turn up the Heat
We have a large arsenal of welding machines in our shop that give us the ability to MIG, TIG, and Stick weld carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and red metals. Furthermore, four generator welders allow us to hit the road with all of our welding capabilities brought to you on-site.
MACHINE SHOP
Impeccable Accuracy
With two two-axis milling machines, a 48" lathe, and a machinist with a background in aerospace machining, we can tackle nearly any machining need.

Our Inventory is Your Inventory
We stock a large assortment of sheet, plate, square and rectangular tubing, angle, pipe, flatbar, and channel in various material types and alloys. If we don't have something you need in stock, our suppliers work hard to ensure next-day delivery on any product.
